Start doing drop ins! This is an amazing exercise to strengthen your feet, build up your back chain, and help improve your running form! Drop ins are the number 1 exercise to increase speed! The goal here is control. We don’t want any shake or wobble in the foot/ankle while holding the position. You’ll know you’re ready to move onto the next progression when you have mastered the stability on that current progression.
